Keystone Regional Wellness Committee Member

Starts: Feb 02, 2024

Description:

In today’s society, self-care is important! Children and adults are learning ways to deal with day-to-day stress and anxiety in their own way. Through camp programming, children and staff learn to not only be independent, but they gain social skills, confidence, self-esteem, and creativity; in addition to improving their overall mental health and well-being.

The committees’ goals are to focus on the mind, body, emotions, and spirit as one vital organism. By offering multiple modalities and activities, this committee seeks to create tools for children, teens, staff and leadership teams that focus on providing resources to help improve the overall wellbeing of these individuals.
